Capture conditions — set once, lock the scene

The scene must not change mid-scan: same ride height, same panel/door states, car doesn't move. Change of state = new scan session, noted below.

Scan passes

Work the car in overlapping sections. HD for bodywork and detail; note re-dos rather than deleting.

Tape measure record (scale verification)

Physical measurements to verify scan scale against — photograph the tape in place for the Tape_measure_record folder.

Photo reference — client folder tree

Every shot goes in RAW + JPEG mirrored trees. Tap once = done, twice = N/A (car doesn't have it), third = clear. Overall:

Setup / condition photos

Lighting rig, target placement, sprayed areas, any damage present before capture. Embedded in the report.

Master file delivery
