Studios in development that need vehicle, firearm or martial-arts capture — and how to reach them

Target profile

Two tiers, one pipeline — filter by Tier to work one motion at a time.

Indie & AA — in-development titles with real subjects (cars, firearms, fighters) built by teams too small to self-capture. Signals: a publisher exit, layoffs/"resizing", a first-time studio, or a pre-launch window. This is a founder sale.

AAA — publishers and first-party studios (EA/Codemasters, 2K, Ubisoft, Activision, Xbox, PlayStation Studios, Bandai Namco, Milestone, Nacon…). They capture in-house, so they don't buy capability — they buy capacity and reach: overflow in a pre-launch crunch, a subject their own rig can't get to (a car that only exists in another region, a firearm they can't licence locally, a discipline with no local talent), a DLC roadmap outrunning internal bandwidth, or a vendor-panel slot. This is a procurement sale — route through external development and outsourcing, not the studio founder.

Budget estimates — how the number is built

Every lead carries an estimated 12-month contract value so the pipeline can be quantified, not just counted. It is modelled, not quoted: subjects × per-subject rate, where the rate is summed from the Twyn baseline day rates for whichever disciplines that lead's capture need lists — Audio £6,076, Graphics/3D scan £2,500, Physics £2,000 per subject-day, matching the Production Radar rate card and the one-subject/one-day delivery model. A need with no discipline tagged falls back to Audio + Scan.

The subject count is a conservative share of the title's public content scale — the slice Octane could realistically win in year one, not the whole roster. Each row's Budget basis is written into its notes so the figure can be argued or overridden. Edit the number in the cell to replace an estimate with a real quote; an overridden figure shows in amber.

Rates are internal and confidential — they are the basis of the estimate, not a published price list.

Outreach via LinkedIn — the honest position

There's no clean way to wire LinkedIn into this tool — LinkedIn blocks automation and offers no integration. Practical routes: export from Sales Navigator (CSV) and import above; or use the per-lead Compose button to generate an email + a short LinkedIn connection note, then send it yourself while logged in. Named people below are public (press/credits); everyone else is routed by role via the studio's own channels.
